Refund Policy
1. Custom Services Are Non-Refundable
All services provided by Obsidian Arc — including threat intelligence reporting, forensic investigations, digital footprint analysis, and technical surveillance countermeasures — are tailored to each client and commence after consultation and agreement. These services are considered non-refundable once initiated.
2. Prepaid Retainers
Retainer fees and deposits are also non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the signed service agreement. We may, at our discretion, apply unused funds toward future services if agreed in writing.
3. Discretionary Consideration
In rare and exceptional circumstances, we may review refund or credit requests on a case-by-case basis. This will depend on the nature of the service provided, work completed, and time invested up to the point of request. No guarantees are implied or offered.
4. No Online Sales
We do not sell products, subscriptions, or services directly through this website. All engagements are made through private consultation and contract. Therefore, no refunds or returns apply to online transactions.
